BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COT'NC IL OF 713E CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE . That section seven ( 7 ) of Ordinance Number 762 of
the ordinances of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be amended
to read as follows :
SECTION SEVEN : That all bacterial tests required to
be made , by the ordinances of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
of the milk of all dairymen selling milk to be consumed by the
citizens of said City , shall be published in some newspaper pixb-
lished in said city ; and a copy of all such tests shall be furnished
the City Council . y :: . ' .
SECTION TWO : That this ordinance being necessary for the immediate
protection of the public peace , health and safety , an emergency
is hereby declared to exist , and this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from , and after , its passage , approval and pub .
lication .
