SECTION ONE : Amend Section " One " of Ordinance number 439., as passed and
,approved the 18th day of November , 1921 , as amended by ordinance number
440 to read as follows : That from and after the 1st day of Jiily , 1933 ',

and oil the same date of each year thereafter , each person , firm or cor-
poration owning , leasing or using any . electric power pole , telegraph pole

or telephone pole either individually or jointly located within anyes;treet
or alley within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
shall pay an annual City License Tax, which is hereby fixed at the rate
of Fifty Cents ( 50¢) for each pole so owned , leased or used by said
person , firm or corporations Where the same pole is used by more than
one person , firm or corporation each person , firm or corporation , owning
using or leasing said pole shall pay said license fee at the rate -of .
Fifty ' cents per pole , whether used individually , jointly or severally .
SECTION Tr90 : This ordinance is intended ,and construed to be , cumulative
%nd does not repeal any ordinance now in foree unless such ordinance
is in direct conflict herewith .
SECTION THREE : This ordinance shall take effect , and be ' in force .from .
and after its passage , approval and publication . ;V�

Sec . 1 . Amend Section' !' One of Ordinance Number 439 , • as passed and,-,
