ORDINANCE NUMBER i .
AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED; "AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT THE INJURY TO
ELECTRICAL APPARATUS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE'.
ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE : Injury to electrical apparatus . %rhoever shall
unlawfully, maliciously and intentionally injure or destroy or permit
to be injured or destroyed any meter ,pipe , conduit , wire , line , pole ,
lamp or other apparatus belonging to any person, ' firm or corporation
engaged in the manufacture or sale of electricity for light , heat , power
or any other purpose , within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas ; shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor and upon conviction before
the Police Judge shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $I00J or imprisoned
not exceeding one year or by both such fine and imprisonment .
SECTION TIVO : All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with or hereby repealed, and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage , approval and publication .
