AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED ," AN ORDINANCE TO AMENT ORDINANCE
NUMBER 393 OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,ARKANSAS ,AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES " . ~�
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS : ` {
SECTION ONE ; Amend ordinance number 393 , passed and approved
June 20th , 1919 , and recorded in the Ordinance Record Book of
1909 at page 535 to read as follows :
" That the license or permit for each skating rink
operated within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas shall be Fifty Dollars per year , or a part of a year , to
be paid in advance , and that no . license or permit shall be iss ,ied
by the month" .
SECTION TWO : All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed , and that this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage , approval and
publication .
