TANK OR OTHER CONTAINER TISED FOR' THE PURPOSE OF STORAGE OF GASOLINE ;
WHETHER SUCH STORAGE TANK OR OTHER CONTAINER IS SITUATED UNDER OR ABOVE
THE SURFACE OF THE GROUND AFTER SUN DOWN AND BEFORE SUN . RISE ,AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COTINCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLEv ARK-
ANS AS : /
SECTION ONE : It is hereby made unlawful for any person , firm , cor-
poration , partnership or individual to transfer any gasoline from any
truck tank , or other container used for the purpose of transporting or
hauling gasoline , to any storage tank or other container used for the
purpose of storing gasoline , whether such storage tank or other contain -
er is situated above or below the surface of the ground, or located in
any building within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkanses , after sunset in the P .M . and before sun rise in the A .M .
SECTION TWO : Any person , firm , corporation , partnership or in -
dividnal violating any of the provisions of this ordinance , upon con -
viction thereof before the City Police Judge shell be deemed guilty

of a misdemeanoranal shall be fined in any sun not less than 4.en nor

more than fil-ty dollars , and each act shall constitute a separate of-
fence .
SECTION THREE : All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con -
flict herewith or hereby repealed , and. this ordinance shall 7tieke - effect
and be in force from and after its passage , approval and publication .
