An Ordinace to be entitled , ' " An Ordinance to repeal
Ordinance No . 596 , passed and approved on the 8th day of February ,
1926.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
. Arkansas : -
Section One : That Ordinance No . 596 , passed and approved
on the 8th. ,day of February , 1926 , creating the office of the "Pur-Nd
_
chasing Agent " and providing for a ealary and duties therefore , be and
the same is hereby repealed and the salary cancelled.
Section Two : That all Ordinances , Resolutions or Orders in
conflict herewith , be and the same are hereby repealed and this Ordi-
nance shall take effect and be in full force zxdxa88sa from and after its
passage , aad approval and publication .
