AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION FIVE
OF ORDINANCE N0 . 577 , PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 5th DAY OF OCTOBER ,
1925 .
" BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS
Section One : That Section Five of Ordinance No . 577 be amen-
ded to read as follows ;
"REPAIRING FRAME BUILDINGS 17ITHIN THE FIRE LIMITS : " Any
existing frame building within the fire limits , which may hereafter
be " damaged by fire , decay or otherwise to an amount greater than one
half of its value , exclusive of the foundation , shall not
be repaired or rebuilt , but shall be immediately removed.

SEDTION : That this ordinance shall be deemed cumulative
and shall repeal only such parts of same as may be in direct con-
flict herewith and shall be in force and effect from and after its
passage , approval and publication .
