TOREGULATE THE INSTALLATION , MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF GASOLINE CURB PUMPS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : " / BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTE& VILLE , ARKANSAS : SECTIODi ONE . IT SHALL BE UNLAWFUL for anv person , persons , firm or corporation , to install , maintain or operate any gasoline curb pump within the cotporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , without first having obtained a written permit in wri- ting to be issues by the City Clerk after the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , has approved such curb pump or pumps and consented to its installation and operation , it being - within the discretion of the said City Council whether such per- mit shall issue or not . SECTION TWO , Furthermore , that a license fee shall be issued and collected as all other licenses due the city ,-"for the privi- ledge of so installing , maintaining and operating such curb pump or pumps and the license fee shall be /O° per pump , per year , on all curb pumps located on U . S . Highway7 and #62 ; State High- way #16 and #45 , within the corporate l its of said city ; on Dickson Street ,and within a radius of e7 Block$'of the " Square " in the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas . All curb pump or pumps at any other . location wi thii the corporate limits of said City , the license fee shall be m� per pump , per year . Section Three , Any person , persons , firm - or corporation violating this ordinence shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor : and shall upon conviction , be fined in any sum of not less than $ 5 . 00 nor more than $15 . 00 , and each day shall constitute a sepe- rate offense , SECTION FOUR. That all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take effect and be Tn force from and after its passage and publication .
