AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED Ali ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT THE ,OPERAT•ION
OF A MOTOR VEHICLE FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR , AFTER BEING CONVICT2D OF
DRIVING AN AUTOMOBILE WHILE IN AN INTOXICATED CONDITION AND TO PROVIDE
THE PENALTY THEREFORE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES . "
BE IT XXXXTE ORDIANED BY THE CITY COUNC-IL OF THE CITY OF' FAYETTEVILLE
ARKANSAS : '
SECTION ONE : That it shall be unlawfulm for any person who has been ;
convicted under the ordinances of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
- for the offense _ of . driving a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated
condition , to drive any motor vehicle upon any 6f the streets of the
city of Fayetteville , Arkansas , for a period of one year dating from
the day of his conviction.
SECTION TWO : Any person who has been convicted of driving a motor
vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and who salol shall at any
time within one year from - the date of such -conviction drive any motor
vehicle upon any of the streets of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
, shall be fined . in any sum not less than Twenty- five ( 9425 . 00 ) , nor more
than One Hundred Dollars ( Qluu. uu ) , and eacti day he shall drive a motor
vehicle shall constitute a seperate offense .
Section Three : This ordinance isnot intended to - repeal any Ordinances
or parts thereof , except where they conflicts herewith but shall be
deemed as cumulative to all such. Ordinances of . this nature now in
force and effect . This Ordinance shall take effect and be ,in force
from- and adter its passage and publication ,
