A N ORD I N A N C E
!� AN OR DINANCE TO BE ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTIONS
1 FOUR OF ORDINANCE NO . 6391PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 1ST DAY
} OF NOVEM8ER , 1926 , AND SECTION TWO OF ORDINANCE NO . 708 , PASSED
AFD APPROVED ON JULY 1ST , 1929 .
BE IT ORDIANED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTE-
VILLE ? ARKANSAS
SECTION ONE . That the Sections Four of Ordinance No . 639 ;4 -
passed and approved November lst , 1926 and Section Two of Or- '
dinance No . 708 , passed and approved July let , 1929 , which
sections pertain to the fine and punishment for violationsof
said Ordinances , be and the same are hereby amended to read as
follows :
, SECTION TWO . Any person , persons , partnership , firm or
corporation violating any o £ - the provisions of the two above
mentioned Ordinances shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor ,
and upon conviction thereof in the Police Court shall be fined
in any sum not leas thad One nor more than Twenty-five ( $25. 00 )
Dollars for each offense .
SECTION THREE . That this ordinance shall be : deemed cumu-
lative to all traffic and parking laws ' or ordinances , and 13hall
repeal only such parts of same as may be in direct conflict
herewith and shall be in force and effect from and after its
passage , approval and publicationqq.
