AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLEDI " An Ordinance placing a limit . on
the, ,time a Building Permit will be issued and for other purposes . "
BE , IT ORDAINED- BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTE-
VILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section One : Hereafter all , Permits issued for the construction
^) • of buildings as required by the - Building Code of the City of Fayetteville , .
Arkansas , ', sna11 expire T e ( Q months after date of issue , but may be
renewed by -the ' RuiLding Inspector for any structure not completed within
that time ..provided the work has been done in compliance with the Code
requirements .
Section Two : Permits issued for business buildings in�the -
residential districts after applications have been advertised as required
by Ordinance Numbered 610 and amended by Ordinance Numbered 619 , shall
not be renewed at the expiration of the Tiscb* months period but a
new application must be made as if no permit had previously been issued.
Section Three : That all Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed , and this Ordinance shall take effect and be . in force
from and after its passage and publication .
