An ordinance relating to certain objectionable amusements,
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , State I

Seo : 1 . That it shall be . unlawful for wV person, firm or corporation !

hall , or resort where the game of billiards , pool , "snooker" , pari#r-sredwet, Or �
''similar amusement or pastime is carried on, permitted or operated for hire,
Seo. 20 ' That any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate Seo
� + ' tion 1 of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of .a misdemeanor., and upon con-
' 1viotion thereof shall be punished by a fine of Twenty-five ( $25 ) Dollars for the i
" first and of Fifty ( $50 ) Dollare. for each subsequent such offense ; and each day
on which this Ordinance is violated shall constitute a separate offense .
Sec . 3, This Ordinance shall take . effect from and after its passage
