BE IT ORDAINED BY THE QTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE . That Section Five of Ordinance No . Y'/8 ,
passed and approved the third day of February , 1930 , be amended
