ORDINANCE NUMBER 719 .
AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION EIGHT ( 8 )
OF ORDINANCE NUMBER kk* 718 , PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 3rd DAY OF
FEBRUARY 1930 . "
BE IT ORDAINED -.BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE9ARKiNSAS : -
SECTION ONE :
That Section Eight ( 8 ) of Ordinance Number 718 , passed and
approved on the 3rd day of February , 1930 ,be ,and the same is hereby
amended so as to read as follows , to=wit ;
SECTION 8 .
All electrical wiring hereafter installed
within the limits of the Fire Districts of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , as the same now exist ,end/or as they may be extended or
created hereafter , shall be in rigid conduitsi PROVIDEDtp, That con-

nection with and alterations or extensions of existing wiring systems
within said Fire Districts , the extent of which does not overload the
circuits , may be made or done with AREORED CABLE ,with proper fittings .
If O new entrance is required , the work shall be done in rigid
conduit .
For minor repair work of less than Six ( 6 ) outlets , not requiring
a new entrance , no inspection fee shall be charged at any place
within the city of Fayetteville ,Arkansas , but a permit , as required
in Ordinance Number 718 must be obtained . "
SECTmON TWO .
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage , approval and publication .
