BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAY-

SECTION 1 . That the m o�# e hereby authorized and directed
to purchase an automobile truck with a loading capacity of
at least one and one- half tons and the cost of which is not
to exceed $900 . 00 . � wwo*v
/SECTION 2. The mayor of said City of Fayetteville , Arkansas

. time payment plan ; , said payments not to exceed $ 60 * 00 per .

contracts and agreements in the purchase and acquisition of
said automobile truck with the dealer or dealers from whom

SECTION 4 . This ordinance to be in effect from and after its
passage , approval and publication and all ordinates or parts
o ordinances in conflict herewith , be , and the same are . hereby
repealed .

for the same can be made at the rate of $50 : 00 per month .
