AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF TH7 CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS TO - SIGN A CERTAIN PIPE LIiir CROSSING CINTRACT

F,AYETTEVI11E , ARKANSAS ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THF CITY OF FA=TEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE :
That the Mayor of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and
he is hereby authoeized and directed to sign a contract with the St Louis
San Fransisco RailwVy Company providing for the lay&ng- of a Six Inch
( 6inch ) water pipe line at . the following location, to -wit ;
" Beginning at a point in the westerly right of way line
of the St Louis -Sanfransisco Railway Company opposite station 3906
plus 47 , which point ig 40 feet southerly from the intersection of said
i right of way line with the westerly production of the North line of
Satterfield Street , Fayetteville , Vlashington County , Arkansas ; thence
extends easterly 40 feet to a Fire Hydrant . "
SECTION T170 :
That this ordinance be in force and effect from and after
its passage , approval and publication .
Passed and approved this 22nd day of April , 1929 .
