Whereas , the majority in value of the property holders owning
property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in
Paving District Plumber Thirty-Ifine- of the city of Fayetteville ;
Washington County- Arkansas orbanized for the purpose of grading ,
rolling and constructing pavement within the following streets or
parts of. streets to -wit North Walnut Avenue from the north line .
of East 14aple street to the north line of Johnson Street : North Olive
Avenue from the north line of . Gunter street to the south line of
Johnson street : Johnson street from the east line of Nortli Walnut
Avenue to the west line of North Mission Avenue and Gunter street
from the east line of North Cialni-At Avenue to the west line of North
Mission Avenue , have petitioned the council of the city of Fayetteville
for the construction of the said improvement , and that the cost thereof
shall be assessed upon the real property of said District according
to benefits received ; and ,
Whereas , said benefits received by each and every block , lot
and parcel of real property situated in said district equals or
exceeds the local assessment thereon ; and ,
Whereas , the estimated costo of said improvement is 012 , 750 , 00 $
Therefore it. is now ordained by the city council of the city of
Fayetteville , Washington County Arkansas that said several blocks ,
lots and parcels of real property in said District be assessed accord-
ing to the• cassessment list for said Improvement District as the
same now remains in the office of the city clerk and that six and two-
thirds per centum of the assessment on each of said blocka , lots and
paarcelSof meal property shall be paid annually on the L4day of
_until the whole of said loca3 assessment shall be paid..
