AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF 'THE CITY OF
FAYET'TEVILLE , ARKANSAS , INTO AN ALLEY IMPROVEMEFT DISTRICT
TO BE K�ITOWN AS ALLEY IMPROVE[JENT DISTRICT N0 . L f-,`,2 . . . OF
THE CITY OF FAYET 'TEVILLE . ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , more than ten owners of real property in
that portion of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , herein-
after described , have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward the making of a local improvement in said City by form-
ing said territory for the purposes hereinafter set forth into
an improvement district , subject to the terms and provisions of
Act . No . 84 of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas ,
approved March 22nd , 1881 , entitled ; " An Act to regulate the
manner of assessing real property for local improvement in
cities of the first class , " and the subseouent acts of said
General Assembly amendatory thereof and supplementary thereto :
Now , Therefore , Be It Ordained By The City Council
of The City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
Section , l . That all of the real property situated
within the following territory located in the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , to - wit ;inns-
