AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING A
PERMIT FOR CURB GASOLINE PUMPS .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville
Arkansas :
SECTION 1 . That it shall be unlawful to construct or install curb
gasoline pumps within the City of Fayettville , Arkansas without
first obtaining a permit in writing to be issued by the City Clerk
after the City Council has approved of such curb pump and consented
to its installation ; it being solely within the discretion of the
City Council whether such permit shall issue or not .
SECTION2 . That all curb pumps installed under this ordinance shall
be subject to lw mmi6wipW removal at the then owners expense when so
ordered by the City Council , said order to become effective • energga A }
after it is so made and certified to saidby the C ty Clerk .XIZ�j�L4L
SECTION 3 . That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith, be , and the same are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in force and effect from and after its passage , approva.7and
