killing or molesting of squirrels within the city limits " .
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas :
Sec . l ghat hereafter it shall be unlawful for any person to
shoot , hunt , kill , chase , wound or molest any squirrel or squirrels
within the corporate limts of the city of Fayetteville , Arkansas .

Sec . 3 That this ordinance shall be in force and effect from
and after its passage , approval and publication , and all ordinances
or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith , be , and the same are
hereby repealed .
