ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF VEST ;.:APLE STREET , B=MEN
CIHITHAu STREET ON THE EAST AND OAKLAND AVENUE ON THE
HEST . "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas :
Section One . It shall hereafter be unlawful for any
person or persons to park or cause to be parked , any vehicle
Of whatsoever kind upon the South side of West Eaple Street ,
between Whithem Street on the East and Oakland Avenue on the
Hest .
Section Two . An% person or persons violating the pro-
visions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeangr
and upon conviction thereof in the Police Court shall be fined
in any sum not less than lbo Dollars nor more than Twenty- five
Dollars for each offense .
Section Three . That this Ordinance be in force and effect
from and after November27 , and its passage , approval
and publication , and all Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith , be and the same are hereby repealed .
