BE IT ORDAINED By The City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas :
Section One . The,.Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized i
and directed to issue E City Warrants payable either to the Halloran
Tractor Company or to whom they may direct to receive payment, not

Section Two . The warrantseo issued.,to be payable from the
city street fund , and to be issued for the purpose of payment of a
type thirty tractor purchased from the Halloran Tractor Company by
the Board of Public Affairs of the City of Fayett le , which pur-
chase was confirmed by the City Council on the ay Of_
1927 .
Section 'Three . That this Ordinance be in force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication and all
ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith , be and the same
are hereby repealed .
