AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE EXEMPTING APARTMENT
HOUSES FROM THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 610, PASSED AND
APPROVED ON THE lOthDAY OF MAY, 1926 . "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE :
That the restrictions laid on the building , construction,
or erection of- certain buildings , set forth in Ordinance Number 610 ,
:,#passed and approved on the 10th day of May, 1926 , shall not , here -
ai�tper , apply to the <,building, construction or erection of Apartment y

Houses * and that said Apartment Houses are hereby explicitly exempt-
ed from the force and effect of said Ordinance Number 610 .
SECTION T1700
'That this ordinance shall take effect and be inforce

from and after its passage , approval and publication .
Passed and approved this 12th day of September, 1927 .
