1. That Section 9 of Article 1s of O;diranca No . 313 , passed and
approved the 8th day of July, 1913 , be amended to read as follows :
"That the City Scavenger is hereby authorized to collect from the onvner
or occupants of any premises in this City, from which garbaFre , niphtsoil. ,
from unsevered privies , offal , dead animals , and otheztiri.se offensive and
unviholesor:.e matter removed, for such services the 'following charges :
Removal of carcasses of houses , miles , cows , each. . . . $ 5 . 00
" it hogs , sheep, dogs , goats , smaller animals ( cats ) . . . . . 75
it if garbage , paid monthly by residents . . . . . 30

Provided that the Board of. Realth shall have power to fix charges for the
removal of garbage and all other unsanitary matter. Ziyaired to be removed
by the said Boazel of Health, not specifically mentioned in this ordinance .
2 . That this ordinance shall take Offect and be in .force from and
after its passage , approval , and publication .
