NUMBER THIRTY- THREE ( 33 ) OF THE CITY OF ;'AYETTEVILLE , ARKA11SAS . "
V1I1JEREAS , the najority in value of the property holders owning
property adjoining the locality to be affected , and situated. in Inprove-
nent District Ilumber Thirty- three ( 33 ) of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkanaas , organized for the purpose of grading , rolling nsxAx and paving
with aapbalt and concrete the streets and parts of streets within said
Inprovenent District Number Thirty- three ( 33 ) of the City of Fayette-
ville , .Arkancaa , have petitioned the City Council of the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansaa , for the construction of said inprovenent , and that the nza
costa thereof shall be charged and assessed against the real property
within said District , according to the benefits to be reoeivr)l ; and
WHEREAS , said. benefit received by each lot or '6100k or parcel of

asseasment ; and

SECTION ONE : - That said several lots , blocks and parcels of real
property witbin said Dintriet , be accessed according to the aasecarent

the office of the Recorder or City Clerk ; and that 10 per cent"n- on
said lotn , bloek's and parcels shall be paid annually on or before the
first Monday of November , until the whole of the .4 id local aasesar.ent
shall be paid .
SECTION TWO : - That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
conflict hmxx kk herewith be , and the sane are hereby , repealed , und this
Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from ane'.. after its pasaage ,
