1. That hereafter it shill be unlawful for any person or persons to
loiter or prowl about property other t; :an his or their own and to enter
into the house or place of business Or upon the or�!mise6 of another for any
unlawful purpose .
2 . Any person or persons found upon property other than his or their
Own shall be deemed to be loitering and prowling unless he or they shall
be able to and do rive to any peaceofficer inquiring, a lawful excuse
for _ his or their presence .
3• This ordinance shall take effect and re in force from and after
its passage , approval , and publication, and any person found guilty of,
vi. )la ting the earns shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
fined in any sum not exceeding Fifteen Dollars .
