WHEREAS
, there has been formed and created within the corporot
ate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , a certain Improvement
District known as Annex Number One to South College Avenue Improve
ment District Number One of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ;
WHEREAS , it is the policy of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas to aid in constructing and maintaining pertyanent streets ,
constructed under the Improvement District plan; and
WHEREAS , the City of Fayetteville has assumed part of the
expense of improving streets in other improvement districts ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILIM ARKANSAS :
SECTION OM ,* That there is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of Fayetteville , 4Arkansas , tho sum of Two-
Thousand-Five Hundred and Twenty seven ( $2527 . 00 ) Dollars ,to be used—by' --
the
sed-'by' -the Board of connnissioneas of Annex Number One to South College Avenue
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
in permanently paving the intersections of all streets rithin said
Improvement District , and otherwise permanently improving the same .

SECTION TWO : That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , be , and he is hereby, instructed to draw his warrant , in favor
of whomsoever said Board of Commissioners may designatepand at
SECTION THREE : That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in, force from and after its passage , approval and publication ,
Passed and approved this 15th day of November 1926 .
