AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT THE
USE OF WOOD SHINGLES OF ANY KIND AS A ROOF ,COVERING IN THE INTERMEDIATE
ZONE OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , AS DESCRIBED IN ORDINANCE
NUMBER 6031PASSED AND APPROVED ON THE 5th DAY OF APRIL , 1926119
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS
SECTION ONE : - That hereafter it shall be unlawful for an.y
. . ,person , persons , firm , or corporation , to use wood shingles of any kind
whatsoever , as a roof covering , in the Intermediate Zone of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkaneaa , as ddscribed in Ordinance Number 603 , passed and
approved on the 5th day of April , 1926 .
SECTION TWO * . Any person , persons , firm or corporation violating
the provisions of this Ordinance &hall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor ,
and upon conviction therefor shall be fined int sum of Fifteen ( $ 15 . 00 )
Dollars , and each day of such violation shall be deemed and treated as a
separate offense •
SECTION THREE : - This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage , approval. and publication *
