TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE TO LIMIT THE TIME FOR PARKING MOTOR DRIVEN
VEHICLES UPON THE PUBLIC SQUARE OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , . ARKANSAS "
BE IT ORDAINED By The City Council of the City cf Fayetteville ,
Arkansas :
Section One . It shall hereafter be unlawful for any person or persons
to park any motor driven vehicle upon the Public Square for a period of
} time longer than two ( 2 ) hours ,, , between the hours ofY� C CO `L� A . M.
and a4G*�o ' clock , P . M. upon all week''days`

on Sunday .'
Section Two . All parking shall be in conformity with the painted
traffic lines , and no vehicle shall be permitted to occupy any single parking
space longer than the period stated in Section One of this Ordinance .'
Section Three : Nothing herein contained shall be so construed as to

Section Four : Any person or persona violating any of the provisions Y
of this Ordinance-shall- be- deemed guilty of a misdeamenor , and upon con-
viction thereof in the Police Court shall be fined 'in . any sum not less than
Two nor more than Twenty-five Dollars for each offense .
Section Five . That this Ordinance shall be cumulative to all other . '
traffic and parking ordinances , and shall repeal only such parts of
ordinances that are in di act conflict herewith , and shall be in force and
effect from and after/61926 , and the passage , approval
