AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE A14ENDING SECTION 2
OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 610 , PASSED AND APPROVED 011 TP_E 10 ;, DAY OF MAY , 1926 . "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE : - That Section 2 of Ordinance Number 610 , passed and
approved the 10th day of May21926 , 15e amended to read as follows :
Section 2 : - Immediately upon receipt of an application for the
building , construction or erection of any filling station , automobile repair
garage , store building , apartment houses , or any other building for business
purposes , in the residence district , the city building -inspector shall cause
to be published said application in a newspaper In Fa;je:£teville , Arkansas ,
with a bona fide e`irculattdil one time each week for two weeks consecutively
SECTION TINO : - This 'Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage , approval and publication .
