AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINA14CE APPROPRIATING , OUT OF
THE GENERAL STREET FUND OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , THE SUM OF
THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS , TOWARDS THE COST OF PERMANENTLY IMPROVING THE
STREETS VIITHIN N?ALL STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS . "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE : - That there is hereby appropriated out of the General
Street Fund of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , the sum of Three
Thousand ( $33000 • oo ) Dollars , towards the cost of permanently improving
the streets within Wall Street Improvement District Number One of the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
SB.CTION TWO : - That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville be ,
and is hereby , authorized and directed to issue a Warrant for said sum
of Three Thousand ( $30009oo ) Dollars on said General Street Funds , said
Warrant to be made payable to whomsoever the Board of Improvement of
said Wall Street Improvement Distftctihay direetpand to be ryade payable
on demand .

SECTION THREE : * That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage , approval and publication .
