AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING, OUT OF
THE GENERAL STREET FUND OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , THE SUM OF
FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS , TOWARDS THE COST OF PERMENENTLY IMPROVING THE
STREETS LVITHIN WEST MOUNTAIN STREET IMPR0VEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS . "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI`PY OF FAYE^TEVILIE ,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE' : - That there is hereby appropriated out of the General
Street Fund of the City of Fayettevi -lle , Arkansas , the sum of Fifteen
Hundred ( �__SOO . 00 ) Dollars , towards the cost of permanently improving
the streets within West Mountain Street Improvement District Number One
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
SECTION TWO : - That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville be ,
and he is hereby , authorized and directed to issue a Warrant for said sum
of Ftfteen Hundred ( $1500 . 00 ) Dollars , on said General Street Fund , said
W%arr�ant to be payable to whomsoever the Board of Improvement of
said Street Improvement District may direct , and to be made payable
on' d emand .
SECTION THREE : - That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage , approval and publication .
