AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED, " AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE
ESTABLISHING OF GRADES .. FOR BAYING PIPES AND MAKING CONNECTNONS TM
OR EXTENSIONS TO XX70= THE PLANT OR SYSTEM OF WATER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NUMBER ONE AND SEWER .. IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,ARKANSAS" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE .
ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE : That hereafter the Board of Managers of Water
Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
and the Board of Improvement of Sewer Improvement District Number One
of the City of Fayettevilie , Arkansas , shall not allow any connections
or extensions to made to the plant or system of Water Improvement
District Number One of _the. City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , or to the
plant or system of Sewer ` Improvement District Number One of the Vity
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , unless the grades shall have first been
established by the City Engineer of the City of Fayetteville ,Arkansas ,
and unless the plans shall have first been approved by said City
Engineer .
SECTION TWO : Any person or persons violating the provisions of
Seotion . One of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction therefor shall be filed in any sum not less than
Ten OjO . 00 ) Dollars nor more than One Hundred ($100 . 00 ) Dollars , and
the fact that Auch persons or persons have Y+m+ so violated said
section shall be deemed and treated as a cause for removal from said
Board .
SECTION THREE : This Ordinance shall take effect and be in foDce
from and after its passage , ap�al and publication. MICROFILM
