AN .ORDINANCE
TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE TO PRESCRIBE AND REGULATE
THE CITY LICENSE FOR RESTAURAIITS V+ITHIN THE CITY OF FAY-
ETTEVILLE , ARKANISAS . "
BE IT ORDAINED By The City Council of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas :
Section One . That hereafter the license fee required
for the running or operating of each restaurant in the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , shall be as follows :
Per annum. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .x25 . 00
Per six months . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . : . . :: . . . . . . . . . . .x15 . 00
The word " restaurant" as used in this Ordinance shall
mean and does mean anpublic place furnishing -prepared or
cooked food and serving at tables , exclusive of lunch counter ,
ten ( I0 ) or more people ,
Section Two . That this Ordinance shall not be construed
as repealing any part of Ordinance Number 393 , except where same
may be in conflict therewith .
Section Three . That tffiis Ordinance take effect and be in
force from and after its passage , approval and publication .
