AN ORDINANCE TO MIND PARAGRAPH TATO OF SECTION FIFTY SIX OF ORi)TNANCS 226 .
RHRERA3 , the Sewer Commission of the Sewer Districts of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas are planning to hereafter construct seller service
connection
NOVt , THEREFORE, be it ordained by . the . City Council of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas :
1 . That Section 2 of Paragraph $6 of Ordinance 226 is hereby
amended to read as follows :
"That no one but a duly licensed drain layer or plumber will be allowed to
make connection with the sewer nor lay any drains in connection therelaith,
except. that the duly licensed drain layer or plumber be present and . person.
ally supervise all of the details of the work, and. in no case shall any
other than competent persons be used under the direct supervision of said
drain layer or plumber., however, any person, persons , firm, or corporation
may employ and use competent labor to dig. such ditches as may be required
for any such drains, either on public or private property, so long as the work
is done in full compliance with the requirements of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas . "
2 . ' -Thai all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
be , and the same are hereby repealed .
