AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING
THE SUM OF $WO THOUSAND DOLLARS IN CASs FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAVING
THE INTERSECTIONS OF STREETS WITHIN ANNEX NUMBER ONE TO NORTH
COLLEGE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER ONE OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE ARKANSAS . "
WHEREAS , On the eleventh day of January 1926 the city
council of the 6Yty of Fayetteville Arkansas duly passed ordinance
number 590 , appropriating , in city warrants , as set forth in said
ordinance , the sum of $2675 ;
WHEREAS , there is now in the street fund of the City of
Fayetteville Arkansas sufficient money to appropriate the sum
of $2000 in cash for the purpose above mentioned ; and
WHEREAS , said sum of $2000 in cash is sufficient to pay the cost
of the paving above mentioned ;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILL%ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE : That there is hereby appropriated out of the street
-ffLnd of the 6ity of Fayetteville Arkansas the sum of $2000 in cash , .
for the purpose of paving the intersections of streets in annex
number one to North College Avenue improvement district number

SB6TION TWO : That the city clerk ofthe City of Fayetteville Arkansas
be , and he is hereby authorized and directed , to issue a warrant on the
street fund of the Bity of Fayetteville Arkansas in the sum of
$2000 , said warrant to be dueand payable on demand and to be made in
favor of whomsoever the board of improvement of said improvement
