PRRMANEt+ii' IMPROVEMENT OF THE INTERSECTIONS OY CERTAIN STREETS WITHIN THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. " ' '
WHENEASS
there has been formed and created within the corporate limits of the City
of . Fayetteville , Arkansas , a certain improvement district known and designated
as Ehnex Number Ont to North College Avenue Improvement Distriot ' Number One od the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ;
HWEREAS , it is the 'polioy _of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas to aid in construct
ing and maintaining permanent streets , constructed under' the Improvement Daitriot
plan; and o
WHEREAS ,
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .has assumed part of the expense -of
improving streets in other improvement Dsitriots ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE :
Thatthere is hereby appropriated out of the General Fund of the City
' Sia hundred
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , the sum of $wo Thousand and Seventy-five ( $2 ,675.00 )
Dollars to be used by the. Board of Commissioners of Annex lumber One to North
College Avenue Improvement Distriet Numberone of the City of Fayetteville , Ark-
ansas , in permanently paving all the intersections of streets - within said District
and in constructing and repatring the necessary culverts and drains adjacent to the
same .

SECTION TWO;
That the City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , be ,- and he
is hereby authorized . and directed to issue five warrants of equal smants , in
favor of whomsoever the said Board oP Commissioners . may dirsot , not to exceed in
the aggregate , however, the sum of $2 , 675. 00; --said five warrants shall be drawn
serially, so that one warrant shall become due and payable each year after date
of issue .
SECTION THREE; . "
That this Ordinaries shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage , approval and publication,
