AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED , ° AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CIT`-' CLERK OF THE CITY OF FAYE TTEV ILLE $ ARKANSAS . TO ISSUE WARRANTS TO PAY
FOR ONE THOUSAND FEET OF HOSE BOUGHT FROM THE UNITED STATES RUBBER COMPANY ,
EUREKA FIRE HOSE DEPARTMFNT90F NEW JF.RSEY , ON THE 15th DAY OF JANUARY , 192.5 . °
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE ; That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and they are hereby , autiorized and directed to
issue warrants
$for
�the payment of one thousand feet of fire hose bought
from the United Rubber Company , Fureka Fire Hose Department , of New Jersey,
on the 15th day of January , 1925 , amounting to the sum of Fifteen Hundred and
Twenty- six ( $1526 . 00 ) Dollars .
SECTION TWO ; That said warrants shall be issued in accordance with
. the terms of a certain written contract entered into on the 15th day of
January , 1925 , by and between the said United States Rubber Company, Eureka
Fire Hose Department , and the the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas., through its
duly constituted Board of Public Affairs . _
