LOUIS-SAN FRANCISCO RAILWAY COMPANY WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS . "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY. ' OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS :
Section One : - That the Mayor of the City of Fayetteville , Arkan-
sas , be , and he Is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the 3t•
Louis-San Francisco Railway Company, for and in behalf of the City of Fayette- .
villa;Arkansas ;with " ref erence- -to the laying -of, -a -sewer line under the" Right
of Way of the St . Louis-San Francisco Railway Company within the City limits
of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas .
Section Two : - That the said Mayor of the said City of Fayetteville
be allowed to use his .own Vdiscretion as to the kind of ' an . agreement to so
enter into, and the City of Fayetteville will , and does by this Ordinance ,
in all things ratify said agreement as the agreement of said City of Fay- ,
etteville , Arkansas .
Section Three : - That this Ordinance shall take. eff.ect and be in for
force from and after its passage , approval and publication.
