AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE TO LEVY THE ASSESSMENT
UPON THE REAL PROPERTY WITHIN SOUTH COLLEGE AVENUE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NUMBER ONE OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS . " IZZ
WHEREAS , the majority in value of the property holders owning prop-
erty adjoining the locality to be affected , and situated in South Colle+fie
Avenue Improvement District Number One of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
organized for the purpose of grading , r�g and paving with Asphaltic Pave -
ment , the streetsw i m C'bllege Avenue Improvement District Number
One of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , have petitioned the City Council
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , for the construction of said Improve -
ment , and ttmt the cost thereof shall be charged and assessed against there al
property within said District , according to the benefits to be reeeived ; and
WHEREAS , said benefit received by each lot or block or parcel of real
property situated within said District , equals or exceeds the local assessment

NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE : That said several -lots , blocks and parcels of real prop"rt,
erty within said Distriet , be assessed according to the assessment list for
said ' -Improvement District , as--��the same now remains in the Office of the Re -
corder or City Clerk; and the en percentum on said lots , bloeks and parcels
shall be paid annually on or before the first Monday of November , until the
whole of the said4assessment shall be paid .
Section Two ; That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed , and this Ordinance shall take rf
effect and be in force from and after its passage , approval and publication .
