AN ORDINANCE
TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SIX THOUSAND
DOLLARS FROM THE . CITY HOSPITAL FUND TO BE USED FOR IMPROVE-
MENT IN THE CITY HOSPITAL BUILDING . "
BE IT ORDAINED By The City Council of the City of Fay.
otteville , Arkansas :
Section One . That the Mayor and City Clerk of the ° ;
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and they are hereby
authorized to issue three ' ( 3 ) warrants , payable to the
order of the Trustees of the City Hospital of the City
of Fayettevi�l������ ��A�rkansas , each in the sum of Two Thousand
( $2 , 000 . 00 ) , dm4ue .' ly. 15th , 1926 , July 15th , 1927 and
July 15th , 1928 , resp'aaIively , and payable only out of
City Hospital Fund and =from no other Fund of the City of
Fayettebille .
Section Two . The warrants herein authorized shall
be used by the Trustees of the City Hospital for the con-
struction of an electric elevator , the -necessity for which
is - urgent and vital for the safety ,.Of -the patients of the
hospital ., —
