AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION
THREE OF ORDINANCE NUMBER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE . That Section Three of Ordinance Number
is hereby amended to read as follows :
" SECTION TttREE . That Epo persons shall be permitted to cut
through , remove or molest the city sidewalk in the City of Fayette -
ville , Arkansas , for the purpose of making a drive or entrance to a
Filling Station or for an entrance to any other place of business ,
except upon the following conditions :
( a ) That a permit be granted by the City Council of the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , in accordance with plans submitted to the
Council convened .
( b ) That the grade of the drive when constructed shall slope
towards the center of the street and shall not be greater than 2 inches
in 1 foot .
( c ) ''hat no drive shall be constructed in a manner such as will
permit flood water to leave the natural course on the street and flow
upon private paoperty .
( d ) That in no case shall a vertical offset be made in site .

levels shall not exceed the ratio of 15 feet to each 100 feet of side -
walk .

Portland Cement Concrete of not less than 6 inches in thickness and shall
be corrugated parallel with the street and at right angles to the street .
Said corrugation shall not be more than 5 inches apart or less than one -
fourth of an inch in depth .
SECTION T1VO . That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
