AN ORDINANCE
TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE TO
AUTHORIZE AND DIRECT THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS OF THE CITY OF FAY-
ETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS AND TO AWARD A CONTRACT FOR
THE PURCHASE OF PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR
} AMERICAN-LA FRANCE FIRE ENGINE . "
BE IT ORDAINED By The City Council of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas :
Section One . That the Board of Public Affairs
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , are hereby
authorized , directed and instructed to advertise for
sealed and bids and to award a contract for the pur-
chase of five ( 5 ) pneumatic 'p'ires , complete with
inner tubes , for the American"LaFrance Fire Engine
in service in the Fire Department ,
Section Two . Includi4a in the authority to
award a contract for said tires , the Board of Public
Affairs is further authorized to make the necessary
contracts for the changes to be made in the wheels of
the truck after the pneumatic tires are attached .
Section Three . That the total cost of the change
complete� , shall not exceed the sum of $ (e SSU: 0 0

Section Four . That this Ordinance be in force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication
and all Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith
be , and the same are hereby repealed.
