AN ORDINANCE
TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE TO FURTHER XIEND SECTION
ONE ( I ) OF ORDINANCE NUMBER FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE ( 455 ) ,
PASSED AND APPROVED JUNE 27TH, 1922 . "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLB ,
ARuANSAS :
Section One . That Section One ( I ) of Ordinance Number
Four Hundred Fifty-five ( 455 ) , passed and approved June 27th ,
1922 , and the amendments thereto , be further amended to read as
follows , to-wit : " All vehicles parking on the Public Square
shall do so by heading into the curb , on the right hand side of
the street in the direction in which such v hicle is going , at an
angle of forty- five ( 45 ) degrees . Upon all other streets within
the City of Fayetteville , exce tthe Public Square , all vehicles
shall park on the right sidethe street , in the direction in
which such vehicle is going , ;-arallel with and not to exceed one
foot fLOm the curb . All vehicles so parking on all streets of
the City of Fayetteville , including the Public Square , shall do so
as indicated by the painted traffic lines on saute street or Public
Square .
Section Two . That this Ordinance be in force and effect
from and ofter its passage , approval and publication , and all
Ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith be , and the same
are hereb y repealed « �
