An ordinance to be entitled :
"An Ordinance to license theatres and opera houses in the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
Be It Ordained by the Ci t y Council of the City of Fay-
etteville ,Arka nsas ;
Section , One ; That hereafter any person , firm or corporation
operating or running any theatre or opera
house in the city of Fayetteville , Arkansas , shall
pay for each house the sum of Fifty ( $50 ) Dollars
Per Annum.
Section Two , That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed and any person violating any of the
provisions of this ordinance by operating or
opera
running such/house or theatre without first
procuring such license shall be fined in any
sum not less than $100 . 00 nor more. than $200 . 00 .
Section Three , That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage , approval
and publication . �/✓,
