ORDINANCE NUMBER 542
An7.�rdinance to be entitled :
An ordinance to repeal Ordinance Number 531 , and the amendments
thereto and for other purposes :
Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas :
Section One : That ordinance number 531 known as the occupation tax
ordinance be and the same is hereby repealed to%ether with
the amended ordinances thereto , to-wit : Ordinance number 534 and
and ordinance number 535 .
Section Two That all sums oil money collected from any person , firm
or corporation under said ordinances bf and the same is hereby
ordered refunded to such parties by the City Collector ,
Section - Three : That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and same are hereby repealed .
Passed and approved this 28th . day of Jannary , 1925 .
