BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTE-
PILLE , ARKANSAS : ,.c
SECTION ONE ; That Section Two of Ordinance No . 'J J 0
passed and approved October 209 1924 , be amended to read as
follows , to -wit :
SECTION TWO : That the Mayor and the City Clerk of the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas are directed to issue warrants ,
drawn on the general funds of the City of Fayetteville , Ark-
ansas , payable to bearer as follows ;
One warrant for the sum of 850 . 00 , payable July 1 , 1925 ;
One warrant for the sum of 900 . 00 , payable July 1 , 1926 ;
One warrant for the sum of 850 . 00 , payable July 1 , 1927 ;
One warrant for the sum of 900 . 00 , payable July 1 , 19289 and ;
One warrant for the sum of g85O , OO , payable July 1 , 1929 .
To be delivered upon order of the Board of Improvement of Annex
Number One to West Lafayette Avenue Improvement District Num-
ber One of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
In case of default in the payment of any annual instalment of
this contract at maturity , or of the warrants herein directed
to be drawn , then in that event , such defaulted instalment
shall draw interest at the rate of 8% per annum from maturity
until paid as a penalty for failure to pay said instalment
when due .
SECTION THREE : That all ordinances , and parts of ordinances

inance No . S3 d , are hereby repealed , and this ordinance
shall be in force and effect from , and after its passage ,
approval and publication .
