adjoining the locality to be affected , and situated in Hill Avenue Imnrove -
meat District Number One of the City of Fayetteville . Arkansas , organized
for the purpose of grading , rolling and paving with asphaltic Pavement ,
the streets and ports of streets within said. Hill Avenue Improvement
Distract i+umber One of the Citv of Favetteville , Arkansas , have petitioned
the City Council of the said' City of Fayetteville . Ar;tansas , for the con-
struction of said improvement , and that the cost thereof shall be charged.

the benefits to be received ; and.

SECTION Oiv'E : . That said several lots , blocks and parcels of real pron-
erty within said District , be assessed according to the assessment list
for said Improvement District , as the same now remains in the Office of
the Recorder or City Clerk ; and that ten per centum on said lots , blocks
and parcels shall be paid annually on or before the first Monday of
November , until the Thole of the said local assessment snail be paid .
SECTION TOO : That all Ordinancesand parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be , and the same are hereby , repealed , al-td this Ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage , approval and
publication .
