PLACE ADJIT1014 TO THC CITY OF FAYETTEVILLr, ATIMA"SAS .
VdIERLAS , On April 29, 1924, H. Svins duly filed in the office of the
Circuit Cleric and Recorder of Washington County, Arkansas , a Plat known as
"The H. 6 . Evins Subdivision of parts of Block Three and Four of Oakland ?lace
hddition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansasq 'I in which said H. C . Evins
dedidated for' public use all streets and alleys as shown by said Plat.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
1. That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and confirms
the dedication of all streets and alleys dedicated in H. C. Evins Subdivision
of parts of Blocks Three and Four of Oakland ?lace Addition to the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , and hereby doclares said streets and alleys to be
public streets and alleys ; and„said City Council hereby assumes the care ,
control, and ,jurisdiction of the same .
2 . That this Ordinance take effect and be in force from and after its
passage, approval, and publication.
