TO BE ENTITLED , " AN ORDINANCE TC AUTHORIZE THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO CONTRACT FOR THE
PURCHASE OF SUPPLIES FOR THE FAYETTEVILLE FIRE
DEPARTIJENT . "
BE IT ORDAINED By the City Council of the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas :
Section One . That the Board of Public Affairs
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be , and they
are hereby authorized and directed to advertise for
bids and to award a contract for the purchase of
twelve ( 12 ) water proof suits for the use of the Fire
Department , at a cost not to exceed Two Hundred and
Forty - five Dollars x $245 . 00 ) .
Section Two . 'chat this Ordinance be in force
and effect from and after its passage , approval and
publication and all Ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed .
